The Company had its modest beginning in 1960 at Bombay. It was mainly involved in hospital equipments.
later on it diversified in manufacturing of creel stands used by the texttile industries namely by mafatlal & reliance. |

Untill 1975 when it further diversified in fabrication. The company catered reputed firms like Banka Engineering, stress crete ltd, Grower & Weil, Maclean merger etc to name a few. in 1991 the company undertook turnkey based projects. |
